Description:

Self-Control is an innovative application designed to address the pervasive issue of online distractions by encouraging users to temporarily disconnect from social networks and other digital temptations.

How it Works:
<ul>
 <li>The app generates a randomly ordered, 15-character password, making it difficult to remember (e.g., yJQV4RgcUexF82).</li>
 <li>Users must manually change their current password to the one generated by the app. This can be done through the Account Settings on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, DotA, or League of Legends.</li>
 <li>A timer can be set within the app to specify when users wish to regain access to their accounts, ideally after completing work or study tasks.</li>
 <li>Finally, the user logs out, effectively disconnecting from social networks and eliminating distractions for the set duration.</li>
</ul>

Important Considerations:
<ul>
 <li>Do not write down the password, as this defeats the purpose of the method.</li>
 <li>Avoid allowing your browser to remember the password, enabling repeated use of the same login credentials.</li>
 <li>If the app is accidentally deleted, it can be reinstalled from the App Store, with all settings restored.</li>
 <li>The password appears in two lines, providing an opportunity for users to rearrange characters into a unique format.</li>
 <li>There are security options available to protect passwords from unauthorized access on devices, including Touch ID and 4-digit passcodes.</li>
